Ironman Australia 2012

*  Entry Fee includes a ticket to the Carbo Welcome Banquet, Awards Dinner for the athlete only.  Additional tickets for family and friends will be available to purchase online at a later date.

*  Competitors confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office by emailing Australia@ironman.com. Competitors are asked to provide full name and Active.com registration ID number. Upon confirmation of this request, competitors are eligible for a partial refund of their entry fee (details below):

Any requests received before 5pm – January 31, 2012 will be eligible for a refund of $400.00 Any requests received before 5pm – April 6, 2012 will be eligible for a refund of $200.00 Any requests received after 5pm – April 6, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances

All refunds when processed are final. It is the athletes’ responsibility to ensure that the withdrawn confirmation has been received by the race office.  Any requests not acknowledged by race office will not be considered valid and therefore will not be refunded.

*  Professional entries will be accepted up to 5pm  – 31st January 2012.  You must have a current Professional membership issued by WTC and Professional status from the respective national federation to be eligible for this category. Please visit IronmanProMembership.com for more information.

*  The Active.com processing fee is non refundable.

*  All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

*  The entry entry fee is refundable in full to any applicant not accepted or rejected.

*  The official online Entry Form and Medical Questionnaire must be completed and the full waiver agreed to by each intending competitor before the entry is complete.

*  Ironman Australia and The Race Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry or issue special invitations.

*  Ironman Australia reserves the right to adjust the race entry price (no additional charges will be applied to competitors already entered in the event).

*  Entries are not transferable, either to other persons, other Ironman Australia events, years or any other international Ironman event.

*  All entrants must be 18 years of age or older on May 6, 2012.
